Caribbean Coalition for the Abolition of Corporal Punishment of Children e-newsletter issue 5 now available

The Caribbean Coalition for the Abolition of Corporal Punishment of Children (CCACPC) has released the fifth issue of its e-newsletter. Major news in the region includes the achievement of prohibition of violent punishment of children in all settings except the family home in Trinidad & Tobago and the new commitment by the Global Movement for Children to prioritise advocacy for prohibition in the Caribbean. The newsletter also reports positive steps in Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, Guyana and St Lucia; highlights new advocacy resources, and gives the latest news from the UN human rights system.
