The Global Initiative is delighted to launch a new sub-site in Mandarin Chinese to support action to end corporal punishment.

The site includes:

• Statistics on global progress
• Information and resources to support law reform and implementation of laws banning corporal punishment
• Detailed reports on corporal punishment in Chinese-speaking states
• Answers to frequently asked questions about prohibition
• Detailed information about using human rights law to promote law reform
• Ways to support the movement

French, Spanish, and Portuguese sub-sites were launched recently, and Russian and Arabic sites will be launched soon.
